THINKING ABOUT BUYING A BOAT OUT-OF-STATE?

I am writing to thank you for your outstanding customer service. As you know, we were initially considering purchasing our new MB from out of state because of price. We are very pleased that we made the decision to purchase from Colorado Boat Center. We appreciate that you were willing to work with us, but much more importantly, you continue to prove to us that purchasing a boat from CBC was not a one time event, but a continued relationship. We feel that we are a part of the CBC family. It amazed us how everyone in your shop knew our whole family by name after the first visit.
As everyone who already owns a boat knows, recreational boating is a discretionary purchase, but it's the priceless memories with family and friends that makes the expense worth it. Working with a dealer that adds (rather than detract) to those great memories is a huge plus. You can't put a price tag on CBC events like the "women making waves" and customer appreciation BBQs. It is a big piece of mind knowing that CBC will work with us in every feasible way possible to get our family back on the water making memories, should a mechanical problem arise. Our last boat was such a big part of Abby and my childhood memories. It was so exciting when our parents told us that they thought the growing family (grandkids) needed a new boat. Our new MB will be a 3 generation bridge of great memories, and we have a fantastic dealer in CBC to help keep those great memories cruising along!
Our advise to any potential buyer is... Price only matters on the day you buy your new boat, but value and customer service will last the lifetime of the boat.
